Distance Cycling Holiday
 Many
Activity Algarve clients have now had a very
enjoyable cycling holiday along the Algarve
coastal cycle path the "Ecovia do Litoral".
However, being only 4 days of cycling, we
felt that these clients may have missed out
on some of the great scenery and places to
visit further inland. Time to explore and
enjoy some of the great places that you cycle
to is important after all, its not just about
the cycling.
 Activity Algarve's regular half day tours in the Central Algarve region have shown hundreds of cyclists the delights of some of the inland routes away from the occasionally hectic coastline. Places such as Loule, Querença, Alte and Silves are all unfortunately missed by cyclists on the Ecovia do Litoral.
So to include some of these great places in a wonderful trans-Algarve cycle route, we have combined the best of the Ecovia and the best of the inland countryside, to provide you with the "Best of the Algarve" cycling holiday. We are sure that you are going to enjoy this great tour!
The "Best of the Algarve" is designed to be a gentle and relaxing cycling holiday which will provide you with:-

nights accommodation in good hotels and
8 days of cycling to cover around 250km,
an average of around 31km per day- Cycling mainly on quiet tarmac roads and
occasionally dirt tracks
- Options for daily route extensions if
required
- Interesting towns to stay in each evening
with a choice of good restaurants to enjoy
a well earned evening meal.

- Quality maps and directions
- Quality bike hire with panniers to carry
your luggage and essential bike equipment.
