Best of the Algarve - Road Bike Tour
 We
have been running our "Best of the Algarve"
tours for a couple of seasons now and these
have proven very popular! However these tours
have been based on Hybrid bikes with the option
for clients to carry their own luggage or
opt for the luggage transfer service! In response
to several requests, we have now created a
"Road bike tour" option based on
the "Best of the Algarve" tour.
This new "Best of the Algarve"
tour is designed as a ten day tour, though
we can tailor this for your own requirements
if necessary, with 8 days of riding and one
optional rest day near the middle of the tour!
The Best of the Algarve Road
bike tour features:-
 10 nights accommodation and 8/9 days of
great cycling- Self guided riding with minimum of 50km
per day with options for much more depending
upon routes chosen
- Cycling mainly on quiet good quality tarmac
roads
Options for daily route extensions if required
- Interesting towns to stay in each evening
with a choice of good restaurants to enjoy
a well earned evening meal
- Good quality hotels
- Quality maps and some route suggestions
- Quality bike hire
- Transfers to start of route and collection
from the end
Flexible arrival day enabling you to choose
the best flights to suit you.
Note:-
As this tour is based on road bikes, it is
recommended that clients book our luggage
transfer service! However some clients may
prefer to travel light and carry their own
luggage, this is also possible.
Included in the price of this holiday is good
quality road bikes rental. A limited number
of better quality carbon fibre bikes are also
available, or you may prefer to bring your
own bike, either way, please contact us for
a quote to take into account your preferences!
If you are happy with our standard road bike
rental, it is recommended that you bring your
own helmet and pedals for fitting locally.

These service option prices
are per group of clients travelling at the
same time.
The optional luggage transfer service charges
only apply for groups who choose not to have
the support vehicle. If you choose to have
the support vehicle, then the luggage will
be transferred on the support vehicle at no
extra cost.
